RHONA EPSTEIN, PSY.D., CAC, is a licensed psychologist, addictions counselor, and marriage and family therapist, as well as an award-winning author of multiple books on topics related to food addiction and recovery, including Food Triggers, Satisfied, The Satisfied Workbook, Satisfied Journal, and The Satisfied Guide to Eating Well.
