Mary Sue Englund

Mary Sue Englund has designed more than sixty books during her twenty-six years with Afton Press and nine years for Dunham Books, in addition to more than fifty album covers for artists such as Kenny Loggins, Manhattan Transfer, Tom Jones, Cyndi Lauper, Bad Company, Ann Wilson, Heart, and others. She is the recipient of an Addy award for the design of Taylor Swift’s 2011 “Speak Now” tour book, as well as a Benjamin Franklin award for her work as a cover designer for Jon Hassler’s Keepsakes and Other Studies.

Englund studied advertising and graphic design at the University of St. Thomas. She and her husband live in Nashville, Tennessee. I Am a Woman is her first book.
